Who Are the Safety Gals?

Started in 2024, Safety Gals, LLC. is owned and operated by Jon Marie Russmann and Rhonda Weston.  They have years of training and education experience with an initial focus on providing training for companies, large and small, in proper operation of various types of reaches and lifts as well as fall protection training.  A growing company, Safety Gals is preparing to expand its offerings of training, both initial and recurrent, to include Emergency First Aid, Personal Protective Equipment, Accident Prevention, and Accident Emergency Response.  All training is OSHA compliant and ensures that companies meet the guidelines required by insurance companies and local health and safety agencies.

Safety Gals is certified to provide both OSHA and ANSI compliant training and can provide the required documentation needed to help companies meet these compliance guidelines.
